Belief in God and experiencing the presence of God are two different things. There is a vast difference between scholars and sages. The first tries to understand truth through the intellect, while the sage experiences it through a pure heart and doing.

The illumined heart can easily grasp what the intellect fails to experience and a well lined bookshelf is not a sign of truth. Correct orthodoxy is not a set of statements on a sheet of paper but a state and condition. Words are tools, but still cheap!

Words Of Insight

Therapeuo - who owns this word? Medical industry, health industry, or who? Certainly not Christians even though it's used on so many multiple occasions in the N.T. to describe the healing events of our Master.

Kardia- this isn't defined by physical geography as much as spatial area. It is without a doubt the a center of activity in all spiritual relationships and this is born out in multiple cultures and ancient healing theories. The heart is special. But it is only one of the special places in the body. And for further considerations, it isn't an information based spiritual organ. It's a spirit based organ that can manipulate or receive information. Consider your heart, out of it are the "issues" of life.
